    Same here. There appears no way to uninstall this. Plus, it can't be blocked by my firewall. Just says "read only-enabled". Had to restore my drive just to get rid of this Flash.

    The NPAPI flash still works in Pale Moon and possibly other Firefox forks, for what it's worth.

    I don't know if there are any maintained Chromium-based browsers on Windows that still support Pepper.
    Until recently, Flash worked fine in Falkon 5.x (a hard fork of Chromium 87) on X11/Linux. [It got removed in the recently released Qt6-based version]
