    Maybe, it's obvious that you need to be online to update definitions but that you must be online just to install wasn't so logical imo.

    Allway's cool with feedback's and opinions.

    It seems that offline install is impossible with above set of files
    Each time one gets:

    Looking in downloader_neutral.ini there seems to be something else missing from the list
