Sigh... instead of changing the icon of regedit they need to add a feature to automatically travel to a key by typing it in. Why is MS changing unnecessary things instead of adding a needed feature.
right now you can download 10558 as an ISO, but Microsoft will likely push it or a newer build through Windows Update this week
Updating by 10558 ISO is easy. 10558 improve Edge, Groove, USB (like in Devices and Printers, has a new setting "browse files" for Windows Phones) - it is really nice update, after previous one
Hi. Can someone please upload the following files from this build. dsui.dll imageres.dll shell32.dll All of them are located in c:\windows\system32 Thanks in advance. Edit: Thanks @dhjohns
It will be awesome if there are some additional features shown on Tuesday that have not been incorporated in the 10588 (Call/SMS relay using PC and Phone)...
From different Twitter posts, it looks like the new Build this week will be newer that 10558. Somewhere in the 1056x range.
current twitter is just speculation so not a single word is true ... lol When Gabe tells us a new build is on its way then we can be sure it is though ... relax guys, we need to wait upon that "special" event a few days ahead and we know if it will be 558, 559 or even beyond that
Too late for that now just about to start updating too many bugs in the last version .. it was a joke to put it nicely to MS ..?
hm, don't think it was too late and no joke at all. Files originated "mostly" from Wzor though. I wouldn't blame it MS directly since they didn't want it to be released too early. Let us see what they have this coming week
Just done updating feels a lot more stable for me and speed wise a lot faster compared to the other build ... OH yeah Google chrome feels stable now ..
For me Chrome in 10240 is a little buggy. It takes 5-6 seconds to start to load the website and I need to wait every page that time... I hope that in the November's big update (TH2) we will see this fixed.
