Probably because they are late delivering the public update, now they pushed it to Nov, so they must be scrambling builds out for testing.
Copy/Move the MUIs from Windows.old Windows.old/System32 Windows.old/SysWOW64 to the new location (if you don't have a win.old directory just extract them from an iso your language) Add the registry item for your language (the example below is about Italian) Change the default settings in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Locale That's all P.S. there are many other places that includes muis, especially on the program files folders, you can do the same work done for windows, also for the single programs.
unfortunately Mr. Microsoftinside is the clown/one of and it is no doubt that he lies when he opens his mouth though
I use Build 10565 on a Z97 mobo with Realtek Chip 1150 and optical output to an Yamaha RX-A-740. Have no dts sound problem with latest drivers from Gigabyte.
Based on a Twitter post directly from Gabe Aul. Everyone can see it. Well, not everyone I guess since you seemed to miss it.
That means it's a better build, if you know the reason for memory in the first place. Empty memory is worthless memory and not the reason it was installed for.
%90 of use is not normal. I can't run my projects normally on Visual Studio on this build(was working like a charm on 10565). Just turned back to 10565...
