@taviruni Your CPU isn't in my list. Notice that none of the new microcode updates have the 1C revision? Your CPU ID is 306A9 and it hasn't received an update since 2015. Code: CPUID=306A9 Rev=1C 2015/02/26 CRC=2F737D45 Off=0 Size=3000 Plat=1,4
Yes, you are right, sorry I was wrong it is not in your list, I just so Ivy Bridge on your post but did'nt check CPU ID, so it seams Intel is not planning an update for my CPU. Now what I can do to fix this? I have 5 PC's running at home some with CPU's older than this but still working very fine. It's amazing that to solve a problem that I did not create I have to buy new motherboard, CPU and memory for each one.
@Mikorist If that's from the github page then it should be ignore because other than the code being incomplete it can't always tell the difference between success and failure. "The Magic" = 0x54 0x68 0x65 0x20 0x4d 0x61 0x67 0x69 0x63 In other words it's not a success at all.
Yep . With #define CACHE_HIT_THRESHOLD (80) as default When you change to 150 show almost everything. With 200 all. (same case on MacOS)
@Mikorist There's a dozen more issues with it. Some of them are mentioned in there and some of them aren't. I might post code if anyones interested.
@dhjohns It seems to require an internet connection to function on one of my computers. It also doesn't give an accurate result for Spectre as I've got a fully patched system and I know for a fact that Spectre and Meltdown don't work. Does the Ashampoo app remain on "Checking..." or crash for anyone else when disconnected from the internet?
