i just use firefox when it breaks, and at the rate Microsoft is developing it'll be 10 years before stable sees all of the sync features, I mean canary still doesn't even have history or open tabs.
Dear starter of this topic and all members. It may be wise to close this topic now and start a separate topic for each version, of course, if necessary. The reason: absolutely everything is confused here, and no one really finds anything here or any answer to any their question. Besides, what's the point of commenting every day on what's working today in Canary and what won't work when a new Canary comes already tomorrow and there are at all other problems. Why is there any need for any comments on Canary here, when it is only for the first experiments of developers? And its lifetime is only one day then it is already history... There is other place on developers site where can comment on the Canary, Dev and Beta versions and anyone can write there that is not working for them at the moment. Or use feedback system. However, here could only be information about the user version/stable version and other general information about updates that did not exist before, and so on. This should be a place where a stable version users can find necessary and useful information, tutorials etc and can ask questions. Here is currently only one large and real landfill with very little use or help to anyone. So - do you agree or add other opinions with reasons?
Sometimes I have even feel like you're a bit advanced and don't write nonsense anymore, but seems like again I'm wrong. Excuse me.
if you going to post spam at least post spam complaining about how videos still suck in this browser.
its pretty bad on the dev side of edge. take a link and view it in firefox or chrome perfectly and have it crash crash crash in edge, especially with videos. I think the sucky people are just the jaded ones here who pretend nothing is wrong. edit: misread your comment, either way I guess if Microsoft cant copy a browser that works fine on any pc and make it so it doesn't crash their people kind of suck.
no doubt, I was the same way until recently. just been bug after bug after bug. I have always kept chrome as a backup and firefox which I have been using more of sense its fast, reliable, and probably more secure when it comes to my data.
Afaik, posting a newer build number isn't spam at all. U r not the only one, @MARKZ1ON I also ditched Chrome for Edge. It's not just us! Never had a big issue w/ ChromiumEdge.
edge still randomly locks up once in a while checking mail or on start up if i click MSN on ver Version 84.0.522.59 (Official build) (64-bit) if i let it alone for a few minutes its ok, its getting better but its not there yet !
yep, mine likes to start sucking up 40-50% of my cpu randomly. it stopped crashing on me a few builds back but it definitely likes to use up a lot of resources.
Something on your side isn't working the right way I guess. Mine takes 0.1% at the moment. Pretty weird what your are reporting.
