try on google voice, it does work on hangouts but it appears it wont allow you on google voice.

 

I just use hangouts. Haven't used google voice in awhile.

 

ah well i think hangouts is being shut down, but with voice phone calls not working in edge on voice i guess it doesn't really matter either way.

That sounds about right, and voice phone calls works on edge if you change the user agent to firefox

 

This applies to Android GSuite. Not sure about website.

 

They definitely make it confusing but from what
I read it happens to gsuite users first and then everyone else.

Hangouts uses the same aspects that Google Voice does, it's all the same stuff. You can send SMS/MMS text messages with Hangouts as long as your Google account that you're using with Hangouts has the Voice number - it's one number, works for all Google services, that's what makes it useful.

Weird stuff about Mac Download Link. Why Microsoft don't implement this and in Windows Download Link?!
You can change the version from url. From example in Canary change "MacAutoupdate/MicrosoftEdgeCanary-76.0.183.0.pkg" to "MacAutoupdate/MicrosoftEdgeCanary-76.0.151.0.pkg" and will download the 76.0.151.0 version.
