Identical to the problems on post https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/microsoft-edge-chromium-based.79237/page-67#post-1539983
But it has nothing to do with this version. It's about a damaged user profile, maybe even a damaged Windows. I haven't been able to detect any problems, and I was even looking for them. I looked for problems specially.
damaged windows? huh? then why everything else works edit; removed profile and stuff and reinstalled canary and now it won't open
I did exactly the same thing to check again. Unfortunately, I have to admit that there is no problem. Talk a little about what computer you have, what OS you have installed, and so on. I'm talking about Microsoft Edge Canary version 77.0.237.0 64-bit and runs on Windows 10 x64 Pro. Maybe you're talking about something else?
guess then I will just pass miscrosft is terrible company, everything, every other browser or program works
"microsoft is terrible company" is at least a substantiated and well explained assertion, that is nothing like a blanket statement at all
It is only visible if you have enabled it. So don't be surprised if some of you don't have such a thing there. Code: edge://flags/#edge-tracking-prevention
I already have 'tracking prevention' without enabling the flag. It was available in 77.0.237.0, maybe in previous versions too. Do not remember when it first appeared.
