You probably have to look for the problem somewhere else or it must be related with something else. I have to make you sad - everything works, no problem haven't till now found. I specially tested all what You have said here, everything works.
Same setup as before with no crashing. I should not need to look anywhere. It just shouldn't crash. Development doesn't crash, and development is just a previous Canary.
You people are missing the point. The Team has asked us to be Testing the latest Dev_Channel Build (79.0.309.5) to see if it has the Quality to be the next Beta Release.
Yup, same here, but it's Canary after all, this kind of things are expected, it's the same as when you use the Canary version of Chrome.
Well, you're right of course, it's just that I kindda expected it to be fixed by now, you know. This specific bug is not like other bugs such as broken YouTube page that you just have to use another browser for that one site, this one makes the use of the browser itself impossible altogether! It has been impossible to do anything with Edge for the past few days and I'm using Firefox right now. I don't think this is how one is supposed test a software.
I have used Chrome Canary for years and there have been worse bugs than this, so when Edge Canary was launched, I was already prepared for this kind of things and I knew in advance that these things would happen, it´s normal.
