I didn't ask what it means.. I asked why the newer version has an older Last Known Good than the older version. Or in other words, why does the older release have a newer Last Known Good than the newer version.
Did you notice that 20266 have itself as LkgBuild? probably they discovered a bug or issue in 20266 and deemed not good so the latest version now points to older build that don't have the bug

Hi everyone, I have Office Standard 2019 installation files that only run by opening a file called "start.cmd", double-clicking the "setup.exe" just has the installation flash up and then it closes (nothing is running in the background). Could someone guide me as to what I can change so the installation starts from the setup.exe file or can help me find different download links? I'd appreciate any help!
A question: did you try running it as administrator? Did you try running through DOS Shell (Windows + R + cmd) as administrator?
Yes that was the first thing I tried but the setup.exe still doesn't bring up anything. I just want to avoid starting the setup from the start.cmd, no idea why the setup.exe doesn't work.
