Thanks. I got ODT setup.exe and adapted Proof.xml (I'm adding support for Korean proofing). But where should the folder I got from YAOCTRU be placed with respect to setup.exe? YAOCTRU created these folders: C2R_Monthly\Office\Data\ And inside Data, I have 2 cab files (v64.cab and v64_16.0.11727.20244.cab) and a folder for one cab file (16.0.11727.20244). This folder contains further files.
Just noticed 2016 Office proofing tools (exe file from M$) are v. 16.0.4393.1001 and downloaded for 2019 Office via YAOCTRU v. 16.0.11727.20244. I doubt it makes any difference and maybe could be updated via regular Office update.
i used YAOCTRU to download the latest "Monthly" version 16.0.11727.20244 then changed* it to VL using the xml installed (i see the new icon set now) then activated with KMS_VL_ALL all is ok, activation 180 days * i think it's changed because the activation worked, am i right?? if so, what's the differences downloading a VL version instead of Monthly one?
@8139david you can place Proof.xml inside Office folder and it should detect files automatically @aquarius84 Monthly is distribution channel, not licensing you can install/activate volume from Monthly, or retail from PerpetualVL2019 it's just marketing restrictions
I'm having some activation and deactivation issues. I'm working on a friends pc and upgrading them from Office 16 to 19. They had Office 16 installed and activated KMS_VL_ALL Activator - SppExtComObjPatcher v29. I completely uninstalled Office 16 and installed Office 19 Pro Plus Volume. I went to activate it and it was already activated. How is this possible? Is that same activator still running in the background even after the uninstall? What I'm trying to do is get Office 19 to show it's not activated so I can enter the key I have for it. I even did a reinstall of Office 19 then went right off line. I started up Excel to check the activation and it hesitated for a moment then said it was activated even being offline. I'm not sure what's going on here. I try and delete all keys/activations and start Excel and I get an error message saying something needs to be repaired so I click ok and Excel starts up and yet again it's been activated. All I want to do is get it to say it's not activated so I can use the key. Basically I want like a clean office install from scratch. Can this be accomplished? TIA
When ever i try to install office 2019 using offline installer it gets stuck at 51% .. Pls Help! I tried disabling antivirus and firewall but still cant get past 51% even tried the cr2 install tool to selectively install word excell PowerPoint but still the installer freezes and stucks at 51% Someone help me out pls
Is there a way to degrade PP to Standard? I only install Word and Excel anyways. Or do I need to unistall and install again using f.i. YAOCTRI?
@Rr0 Yes, it would be recommended. If your goal is a lighter installation choose word and excel and exclude the rest at beginning of installation.
