Adding "Black theme" in Word, doesn't count as a feature. Black theme was intentionally blocked by Microsoft in Office 2016, so that it could be presented as a "Feature" in Office 2019.

"Retail" is a form/type of Licensing structure (Activation design) for Office products. Whereas, "Click-to-Run" is a virtualization and streaming technology or could you say a service, which 24/7 runs in the background for proper functioning of the Office applications installed. This technology only download and install Office products faster and other than that, it has no useful utilization and is an unnecessary burden on the system. For Office 2019, you are going to install both of the above : "Retail" as well as "Click-to-Run". They are integrated with each other and can't be separated. Use Command scripts provided on the first page, to 'Convert' and 'Activate' Office 2019.
