@ranamaj : Looks like related to the registry key hard to delete :

Normally, failing to delete this key does not impact Office reinstallation. Did you try to reinstall Office despite the error message from Office Scrubber ?

 

Which is the suggested channel/update channel for Office installation ?
I have standard office use and dont want monthly updates , can I use semi-annual ?
Or , should I stick with older version like 2016 if I dont want constant updates.

"Install and leave" type in fewer words.

 

I am in the same situation but I think that we could install a monthly (because it's the very last version) and then STOP updates of Office.

I am right?

I didn't get exactly the Windows 7 issue:

"Because of that, almost all Office channels will offer a specific build targeted for Windows 7"

My procedure is:

- Download the latest monthly from "OfficeRTool2020Jun12"
- Install it with "YAOCTRI_v9.0"

I never seen, on "OfficeRTool2020Jun12" a real "specific build" for Windows 7.

Please could someone help me to understand that point?

 

I don't know about stopping updates part
But,
I have installed Monthly OFF 2019 using YAOCTRU/CRI tool and so far going well

 

Thanks Bill for your reply. Yes, I did tried several times to reinstall. They gave errors like 1724. I finally found a Microsoft utility - "MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab" which detected several leftovers from earlier office installations which remained undetected by many tools including office scrubber, Microsoft office uninstaller, Iobit uninstaller etc. Deleting them one by one allowed me to install office 2016 flawlessly in windows 7. Though a Microsoft utility, it is not available from Microsoft any more. You can get it from Majorgeeks website though.

Hello, I can't install Office using YAOCTRI in the Monthly channel on Windows 8.1

I'm using the version 16.0.13127.20408 montly downloaded by YAOCTRU
I launched YAOCTRI_Configurator, put the folder (in my case "D:\YAOCTRx\C2R_Monthly") , install product suite, ProPlus, Project and Visio 2019 (also tried Mondo 2016), all apps, monthle channel, disable telemetry false, install now and when I launch install pop ups a message that Windows cannot find the file "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\OfficeClickToRun.exe" (I'm using W8.1 Spanish and Office spanish)

 

I doscovered issue the file "i640.cab is damaged"
I will redownload with YAOCTRU 7.2 and try again

 

Are there latest version of office package something similiar as latest win 10 build?

 

Use YAOCTRU for downloading the most current office 2019 release.

My Office saying is not activated after few months of uses, I uninstalled it and using YAOCTRU to download and YAOCTRI_v9.0 to install. But after installation, its still not activated. I'm not sure what I did wrong here.
And I also used OfficeScrubber to remove Office

 

If You downloaded YAOCTRI v9.0 and ran it, it only installs and if You want configures your Office product but how did You tried to activate it?

 

Is the OfficeProPlus2019.iso gets refreshed/updated?
