    I used Google before, but I didn't find a answer or a comparison like the different windows versions, is why I asked here. Different than my post that is related to office, yours is only spam.

    IMHO, it's not worth it. :)

    For normal use cases and to detect the installed offices, Check-Activation-Status-vbs.cmd and Check-Activation-Status-wmic.cmd (from KMS_VL_ALL) and entries in add/remove programs are good enough methods.

    Any further info will be required by advanced users only, for them browsing a registry path to see that extra info (rarely needed) shouldn't be a trouble at all.

    Is there a way I can uninstall only parts of a Office ProPlus 2019 package? Every product is installed, but I only need the three core products of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. The Change option in Programs and Features brings up the Repair Office box and Uninstall just uninstalls everything instead of giving me choice.

    Yes, edit the XML file such that you exclude the programs you don't need, then run setup again.

    I have "Office2019_ProPlus2019Retail.img" file and I don't see any XML file in it. There's one "C2Rfireflydata.xml" in office\data subfolder but with thousands of lines.

    I need to install Word,Excel & Outlook only. Pls advise, thanks!
