Ty, Dolmatov. The first link already solved the question so I didnt do the second one as I understood it didn't need.
The first post was subsequently changed, you don't always have an overview when you if you don't notice it. Stay strong
So, i am reading a lot of information and i am confused. I payed the anual Office 365 version and all i want is to remove my kms activation because i get the "not original" banner even installing the 365 version (i had office 19 previous). I have an original windows 10 and i don't want to mess with my license. If i get it right, the best way do make it work is to format the notebook and start it over, is that right? I tryed to uninstall kms license with AIO 1.4 wich i used to activate the previous version and i understand that is does not remove the license itself. Just want to know if there is a way to not format my notebook and install my original office 365 with my license.

@alzcoew397, @Windows_Addict is right. From the picture provided in your post #3571, your office seems to have updated to version to version 116.0.13801.20808. The latest Office version that can work with Windows 7 is 16.0.12527.21594. You either downgrade to 16.0.12527.21594 or lower, or use Office_C2R_Extender by @abbodi1406. p.s. You should be able to upgrade or downgrade or change update channel without loosing your work.
I am aware of what you are asking, but I thought it would achieve the same objective. May be someone else could help!
Hello, does yaoctri no more support Perpetual VL 2019 update channel? (or now that office 2021 is supported also Perpetual VL 2021)
Greetings good folks, I was wondering if any of you could please point my in the right direction for restoring my Office 2019 Professional Plus Suite and helping me to understand a few things. Here's the deal. I installed Office 2019 Professional Plus Suite and went through all the procedures outlined. [D] Downloaded [ I ] Installed [C] Converted Office to retail volume [K] KMS activation [T] Disabled Telemetry Data Everything worked perfectly (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and it continued to work perfectly for about 6 months without a hitch. Then one fine morning I turned on my computer and I got the following pop up when I tried to run Word or Excel, "This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated". The programs were still there and I could open them, but their use was extremely limited. Email could still be received, but I couldn't compose or write an email message. Word and Excel opened, but I was unable to edit any of my documents. Basically useless. I quickly realized that my Windows 10 had performed an update of the build during the night, so I figured that that was the issue. So, I immediately rolled back the update to the previous Windows 10 build, restarted my computer and voila,,, everything worked as it had the previous day. All good. So, although it might have been a bad decision, I went ahead and permanently disabled my Windows 10 update to prevent this from happening again. It's not a big issue for me as this computer is just an old test computer I am using, so I figured everything would work out alright without getting any new Windows 10 builds. However, a few months later, I went to run Excel and the same thing happened again and I received the same pop up window "This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated". The programs were still there and slightly useable with the same limitations as before. Basically useless. But, how could this happen? I had completely disabled the Windows update. I am guessing that although I disabled the Windows 10 updates successfully, that my Office 2019 Suite was somehow disabled by the Windows Virus and Threat Protection Updates. You see, I never disabled the virus updates. So, I decided that the best course of action was to go back to the OfficeRTool that I had originally used to get the Office 2019 installed and running and go back through the procedures again and perhaps that would fix things up. However, as most of you super experienced people probably already know, it failed. So, here I am with a partially functioning, not really, Office 2019 Suite of nifty programs that I would like to get working again. First, I'd really like to know why this has happened. Why and how? I followed all the procedures, everything was working fine, I even disabled Windows 10 updates to prevent any further disruptions and it still happened. Is there a certain "timer" where the computer has to connect to the Internet every so often to "re-verify" the Office Suite in order to keep functioning? Did the update of the virus protection and definitions mess it up? Do I need to use a newer version of the OfficeRTool? Would this same thing happen to a computer that is completely offline and never connected to the Internet? Please, even if it's impossible to restore the Office 2019 Suite back to successful functioning, I'd really like to know why and how this happened. It's very interesting. I took screenshots regarding this issue, but I am unable to post any links due to not having the required 5 post minimum. If an admin would allow it, I'll post the screenshots for better clarity. SCREENSHOTS I AM UNABLE TO POST Pop up telling me that it's not activated OfficeRTool start up screen checking for updates. All URLs denied. OfficeRTool main menu Attempt to convert to retail again All ok....already converted - No conversion or clean up required Showing current activation status - 5 - partial product key KMS Activation - Failed Here are my system and software specs. Windows 10 Pro, version 1909, build 18363.1316, installed on 3/2/2020 Intel Core i5-3470, CPU @3.2 GHz, x64, RAM 16GB Office 2019 Professional Plus, version 16.0.10730.20102 OfficeRTool -2018/August/26 - If anyone would be so kind as to point me in the right direction and where I could find the answers to my questions that would assist me in fixing my Office 2019 Suite, I'd be very grateful and appreciative.
