    Are we allowed to talk about ratiborus tool for the easy office custom install and good force removal of previous office leftovers?

    I think if it's office 2019 related it should be fine.

    I can do, but these will be calculated ones by me, because MS doesn't officially provide any hashes for the *.img files.
    OfficeDeployment setup is not for the unexperienced. And the experienced ones don't
    need a first page howto entry.

    Being the n00b that I am, would like to report on my findings.
    I followed the procedure outlined by Reznov, and it worked a charm.
    I used the image to do an offline installation.
    Only added a line for displayoptions=none and accept EULA in the xml to make it silent and unattended.
    Windows 10 already had the KMS VL ALL solution by Abbodi1406 during imaging, so when Office install finished it was activated automatically.

    I can confirm that OneNote was installed but it's the 2016 version as reported earlier.
    Maybe a pitfall for those who go the ODT-route: You have to specify the .xml with the full path included.
    I got an error during install and it took me some time to figure this out.

    Links works fine in Explorer, Edge, I saw a post or 2 that IDM was troublesome....

    if you place the .xml inside Office folder, it will auto detect the path without the need for SourcePath
    but for ISO/IMG that require to extract it first

    I have a weird problem... When I install the Dutch version of Office 2019 via de link in the OP, it installs the 2016 version anytime.
    Does anyone know why this happens?

    Is there away to download individual version of OneNote 2019? Would prefer this instead of the windows app.
