I installed Visio Pro 2019 last night seperately from the Office 2019 Pro plus suite, converted Visio from retail to Volume, then activated OK. Updated everything to Version 1809 (Build 10827.20181). FYI: Uninstalling VISIO Pro will also uninstall all updates for other applications ie. Word, excel. I wish it didn't.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\General] "shownfirstrunoptin"=dword:00000001 check in your Registry, if dword:00000001 and not dword:00000000
Office 2019 and Office 2016 are pepetual / static and never gets updates. The installed build like 16.0.10827.20150 will remain. But Office 2019 will get hotfixes with windows update, but the build 16.0.10827.20150 will not change. The manual update button is wrong but will remain if a retail edition was konverted to a VL edition.
Can anyone tell me where download en_project_professional_2019_x86_x64_dvd_5821b437.iso file, I only need this full iso files
Just checked each and every tool & script existing around the web for prevention of Office 2019/2016 telemetry, and it seems "OfficeRTool" tops the list by blocking all sorts of telemetry and data leakage through Registry & tasks tweaks. No other tool or script is required anymore, OfficeRTool will suffice. .
@bankai12 I just updated Office 360 Mondo. The version displayed is 1809 (Build 10827.20181). is it the latest one, you referred in your post?
if you install office 2019 img with wotok.cmd in windows 7, it 'll install as 2019 and will also list itself as 2019 in add and remove programs list.(tested) (make sure to use scrubber if you installed any office before in your system)
I got you, thank you. Yes, I got good results with WOTOK cmd. I just tried different methods for Offoce 2019, and the Office 2016 intstaller game me some funny solution on Windows 7 64bit. Anyway I could install Office 2019 with WOTOK cmd. But if there IS another method such as using Office 2016 installer for Office 2019, I am glad to use it. This time , I got Office 2016 with showing the version of Office 2019, still I would like to stick on using Office 2016 installer for Office 2019. So if you know how to make this go, I will appreciate the idea of Using Office 2016 intaller for Office 2019.
