Please read my post again or try it yourself. Office VL does not install with the latest ODT, regardless of which config file you use or if it has a Channel=PerpetualVL2019 or not. It installs fine with the previous ODT and either of the config files.
Installation is not my problem. I can install using the previous ODT. And there are other ways, too. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why the latest ODT did not install a VL edition. It even did not accept the configuration file that is bundled with it.
@mechanicweb previous ODT was sometimes blocking installing ProPlus2019Volume from non-PerpetualVL2019 source (e.g. ProPlus2019Retail.img) https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1473695/ i guess they made the new ODT check harder for the channel
If you uninstall a product key, the license associated with that key will be uninstalled. However, this will not *effectively* remove the license until you enter a new product key. If you uninstall a product key and install the same key after, same license status will be restored,
