Got a strange problem with officeRtools, can not check for releases and download anymore (it was working before). Seems it can't get my user name that has a space in it. and now creates a new empty file under "Users"
Wotok autoit? Main lang in wotok. Spoiler: Others lang in config.ini Add support wotok.au3, all replace: Code: $Lang&"_x-none" => $Lang&IniRead("config.ini", "Lang", "string", "")&"_x-none" Example (main ro-ro): 1. None config.ini = only ro-ro 2. config.ini Code: [Lang] string= = only ro-ro 3. config.ini Code: [Lang] string=_en-us = ro-ro and en-us 4. config.ini Code: [Lang] string=_en-us_fr-fr = ro-ro and en-us and fr-fr
It doesn't exist and won't exist in the future. The last Volume License .iso is for Office 2016. This is because Microsoft made a choice to switch to the Click-to-Run deployment method and away from the MSI file deployment method.
How can I install to a different drive when using WOTOK v2018.11.15.01 autoit? My OS is installed in the C:\ drive but I want to install office on the D:\ drive
This is an inherent limitation by Click-2-Run methodology that Microsoft uses in Office 2019. Basically it can only be installed in default path.
Microsoftniggers. So it is not possible to install the volume licensed versions of office at all on a System that isn't Windows 10 Enterprise?
1. you need to read the forumrules. 2. you can install any office on any win 10 sku, only 2019 needs to be converted to VL before it is able to KMS activate.
I tried to install the VL Office version with the Office Deployment Tool and it said "This product can't be installed on the selected Update channel. Please contact your system administartor and try again." What i wanted to know was whether or not it is possible to install the VL versions directly.
Refrain from swearing here, calmly ask your questions. (otherwise you may face ban/warning) Yes its is possible to directly install as VL with ODT, you just need to have a correct config,(some source, channel, product combination can cause errors) for easy user friendly option use YOCTRI (see link in first post) to install office directly as VL.
If you want to use ODT to install Office 2019 VL, the source files have to be VL. ODT doesn't allow installing VL from a retail source. Use the tools mentioned in the first post to install VL from a retail source or download VL using the ODT.
I'm trying to download a new Office 2019 source with ODT. But it is terribly slow, the max speed I get is 800Kbits. I'm on 60Mbit cable. Has anyone experienced slow downloads from OfficeCDN? If not, my ISP may be throttling MS stuff. Cheers.
Got it downloaded, finally. When looking at the newly downloaded files, the distribution folder is a lot bigger than the initial dual arch .img posted on the first page. It sits at 5.7GB (I've merged x86 and x64 download). The original .img was about 3.3GB I believe. What can be the cause of the increased size? Can't imagine there have been more than 2GB of patches since the initial release. It's a single language distribution with no extra proofing tools or language packs. Cheers.
My last downloaded VL version is 10337.20021. With both x86 and x64 files, the size is 5.42 GB. VL files are larger than the retail ones. Try installing yours on a VM first if you are unsure.
