[DISCUSSION] Microsoft Office 2024 (Preview)

Tried that too. (Put it inside the folder only for the screencap to show the Office files.) Tried it again now with the same result. Used YAOCTRI_Configurator.cmd and YAOCTRIR_Configurator.cmd (inside and outside. Basically tried every combination.

I have only one cab file starting v64. Arranged the files per your msg. Now it fails without a prompt for the location of the files. Please see screencap. Many thanks.

 

The files were downloaded to my desktop without any structure so I copied them over (into a VM) in the same way.

Remembered: wget failed first time. Downloaded files using a browser.

 

Yes, better to use aria2c, I was using it.

i cant see any *2024* license.

These are not two versions, but two licenses. Below is the version of the program/software package. Here are active licenses that are common to the installed version.
You did not remove the licenses from the previous activation. Microsoft believes that it is unnecessary to remove activation when uninstalling a program, so the previous one is used when installing another product (program versions do not matter).
Use information from related topics if you want a "clean install" with a single license.

No different from what was released before. Open the program (word, excel, etc.) and disable it through the side menu.

Before you install any version of MS Office you must uninstall Office that you have installed on your OS earlier.
