    Maybe "MatchPreviousMSI" should not be used

    And it was also removed, tried diff configs and on this one it just snuck in there but now I got it working somewhat.
    Im ceirtan I added zh-tw to the config but it wasnt there when I deployed office. So I hope it was just me not exporting it
