suspended windows defender but same error. KMS not running and MS office needs activation to be used. Office tool plus is also not activating.

But Office you installed is OK? Running with no issues?
    Try online kms activation.

I have a PC that can only run Windows 10 because the processor is too old for Windows 11.

My goal is to maximize the length of time I receive security updates for both Windows and Office.

I've been considering Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 (which has an end-of-life date of 2032) and Office LTSC 2024 (with an end-of-life date of 2029). However, I can't find any information online confirming whether Office LTSC 2024 is compatible with the IoT edition of Windows 10, as the official documentation doesn't explicitly list IoT as supported. What are your thoughts on this combination, and its compatibility? Or what do you think is the best combination of Windows 10 version/edition and Office version to achieve the longest possible security update support?

Yes, it's compatible. It can be installed in any Windows 10 (1809+) and 11, even the Home and pro versions. I have the Win11 IoT LTSC with Office LTSC 2024

My Intel Core i5-4460 (Haswell) quad-core CPU, released in 2014, is still quite fast. Unfortunately, it's not listed as compatible in the official Windows 11 system requirements. I read many info online that states that there's no guarantee that Windows will show future updates if Win11 is installed on an unsupported CPU.

But If I follow your setup and install Windows 11 IoT LTSC directly, will the OS still receive security updates despite having an unsupported CPU?
