    Yes, you can but it"s going to be Retail, not VL (LTSC).

    Why? If install Office from ISO above - it will be Retail, Office LTSC (VL) must be installed via ODT.

    Is there any offline download link for LTSC installation file for ODT?
    The last time I installed Office 2021 using retail img with ODT configuration to select which part of office that I don't want to be installed

    you can download retail image, and with custom configuration, install LTSC

    hey, will you please share the guide to do so . i too am wanna run latest ms excel possible in windows8.1 posibily anything more than 2408 build. i wanna know which software and all the guide, i tried with odt and got max 2304 build . thanks in advance...

    I find it hard to believe that 4GB is a strict RAM requirement, particularly for 32-bit. Has anyone tried it in less to see what happens?

    Update: Answering my own question, I tried 2024 (x86) on a 2GB RAM W10 (x64): Works fine, no complaints.
