I too have what may seem to be a stupid question. If the Office 365 image file people (here) are installing doesn't give us "full access to all 365 features", why should we bother installing it? We should be using LTSC or the official retail .img file and activate with KMS?

There is no fundamental difference if the activator "corrects" the license for a compatible one. Installation files are the same within one build. This gives you more chances to get an up-to-date build, downloading one-time products can give an "old build".

    Thanks.

But if we had to compare Office 365 img file and the latest Office 2021 or 2021 LTC, would there be any advantage in downloading 365 because many functions (features) are only available in the online web version of 365? In particular, I know Excel in 365 has functions which will not work in Office 2021 (any build).

Of course, I may be overthinking...

Hard to say. The license must restrict features, and indirect data from other users is ambiguous. For example, an updated design is receiving "feedback" about its inconsistent availability.
It is also difficult to keep track of which version (build) this or that function became available.
Perhaps someone knows more and can answer you.

Is it possible to install English version with YAOCTRI_v10.6 but use another language as proofing tool? It is possible with Yerongs Office Tool.

In theory it is, but in practice it doesn't work, at least I haven't been able to get it to work correctly.
At the same time, I have not been able to discover that I have done something wrong. Maybe it's my problem.

Ill try seeing what happens if I add another language through the app and allow internet access.

Edit: seems like after activating o365 you can download any language proofing through the app, but I really wish there was an offline way to do it.

Should I assume that nobody has tried the online Office 365 version and compared it with the offline version aside from the language proofing? I remain undecided if I should download the Office 365 version or not?

It would be helpful if we had a list or comparison of features between all three: Online Office 365, Offline 365, and Offline Office 2021.

    Hi
Please, does Microsoft releases an updated .iso/.img/...etc for the latest office 365 (aka Microsoft 365)?
I have an old .img for office 365 that I used to install and then update it.
But I do not want to keep running updating, so does there is an updated package that I can download from time to time to have the latest updates available offline?
    Thanks

Visio and Project are not part of O365.

Hmm, are there ways to get them, and other products not in the O365 images?
