Normally the big pkg is the installer (most of the times directly from the source) and the other, judging from its name, is a small installer to place the volume license on the Mac. Should be OK. First install PKG then open ZIP and install the serializer. You can also check for updates, via Microsoft AutoUpdate. But the version you show me seems recent (20)19.03.12-02... But reading through the thread would make it clear to you already, mate.
Hey, thanks for the reply! I've got one more question as I am new to the whole mac + office thing. Installer I've mentioned above is from macadmins.software page. (O2016 VL X19-82083) Is it any different from other "standard" packages linked in the thread? (X21-24702.ISO and X21-58282.iso) Also thanks for letting me know about MS AutoUpdate
Hi mate, as far as I know: The ISOs are for "internal" use and my contain a pre-volume license installed, but not sure if not specified by the person sharing. So you are not "new" to Mac, if you know already of macadmins Install from madadmins and BEFORE running anything, install the volume licensor. Last time I had seen an ISO, it contained 2 different PKGs hence one of them was shared separately in what you seem to have already (the licensor)... Not too complicated, mate. Good luck.

I've always been a windows user myself and came here to find untouched isos/activators This mac setup is for a friend of mine whose windows laptop stopped working recently. Thanks again. I'll figure out. Most likely I am gonna do the installation myself on teamviewer.

Hello. I would like to ask 2 questions: 1. There seem to exist different versions of the Serializer (different hashes), but the name is always "Microsoft_Office_2016_VL_Serializer_2.0.pkg". What is the latest release/detailed name of the Serializer? 2. Are the old releases of VL Serializer 2.0 stll working for e.g. "Microsoft_Office_16.16.19111100_Installer.pkg", or does activation only work with the latest release of VL Serializer?
