Wheeey - I don't care for old versions. Them are old to me now.

 

On the current channel and VL and regularly updated? I may be wrong, but I understand LTSC is simply a new name for VL editions.

 

I thinking too, cover name for Enterprise Volume Licensing
you can install it via Current channel, Or PERP Channel

 

What do I miss out on in terms of features if I choose "PerpetualVL2021" instead of Current/ Monthly? On LTSC 2021 page, the only official channel for LTSC is mentioned as "PerpetualVL2021".

Haven’t tested it, not worth doing that just for the new UI though. I have my office in compact mode so I don’t even get the ribbon now unless I expand it much better experience all around

 

It's the way to go if you want to be up to date with features etc, this post. It's just updated this morning. If you aren't bothered about feature updates then I guess LTSC with security fixes will suffice.
