I spent much of the day resolving a recurrent problem, which failing to send emails to a particular email account from Gmail account using Outlook. The reason is usually in the Autocomplete function as it seems to add Name Surname (name.first@xxx.yyy), if you only name.first@xxx.yyy, it will work. But what I have learnt today is that there are two lists of contacts: 1- Address Book (Ctrl+Shift+B) --> opens dialogue box containing Contacts 2- Ctrl+6 -- > navigate to Contacts folder in the list of folders below Inbox Remove unusable contacts and fix incorrectly set ones, in both locations. This problem happens in all releases of Outlook (including 2016, 19, 21); I hope this is useful for someone.

It's not fix for my problem. I have option to start the MS Word but there is a pop-up window which annoys me every time.
It is. It's exactly what dolmatov showed you. Look at "Got a Banner "license problem" / "your Office is not genuine" after Office app start."
Did anyone notice that copying text and pictures (like from the web) and pasting them in Word 2021 MSO (16.0.14131.20278) 64-bit! does not work!. Both "Use destination theme" and "Keep source formatting" do not work. But using <Ctrl + V> results in a warning "Microsoft office has identified a potential security concern" and clicking yes, paste's all contents (text and pictures)!! However, this issue does not exist in the same version of both Outlook and PowerPoint and "Use destination theme" and "Keep source formatting" paste options do work t!! Reverting to Microsoft Word 2021 MSO (16.0.14026.20246) 64-bit resolves the problem.
I've been trying almost every option in Office Tool Plus in order to get the right version of Office to get the new layout and I always get in 2021 LTSC or Office 2016 Mondo Edition... I think I may need to wait until the public release is made...
