guys could you help me office is Office 2021 professonal plus LTSC and version showing me still 16.01.4332.20324 when i click update it showing me no new updates so this version what i have is latest ?
They are mostly the same, the only difference is the license duration and the activation method, but Office LTSC does not have these Office 2021 changes: October 2021 'Visual Refresh' was for Office 2021 and Office 365 only. And also the co-authoring documents is NOT in Office LTSC 2021 — a major omission for enterpriser users and the most important difference at all. These are the only differences, but they should not disturb the home user and most other users in any way.
that is also available for LTSC 2021 too (I have it, it was automatically offered in a popup window inside Office LTSC 2021), which is basically the new UI with rounded corners similar to Windows 11 UI.
I've installed Windows 10 x64 21H2 Education en-us I looked around and there's an Office app along with OneNote app. I'm planning to install Microsoft 365 and KMS activate it. Do I have to uninstall them? Is it ok or any notes remarks observations?

those are just the crappy windows store watered down versions. That's the first thing I uninstall along with most of the other Windows store apps when I first install Windows. You should have 0 need for them now that you installing the real full version of Office.
I have a question, I download office and create iso file using "C2R install"; when I use the LTSC channel, the created iso file size is about 1.8 GB and when I use the current/retail channel, the created iso size is about 3.01 GB. I choose only one language (TR) and "Office 2016-2021" and "x64". Why is there such a size change? What is included in the retail version that's not included in the ltsc version? Which channel is better to use?
Current channel(s) contain delta patches for various builds and versions and probably more baked-in features LTSC channel contain delta patches for 2 or 3 builds, specific to LTSC version
