New to MAC and noob. How do you use serializer for office activation on Mac? Is there step-by-step tutorial or video guide to learn the steps? Please help
1. Download the serializer 2. Double-click on the ISO file Choose Save if prompted. 3. Run the serializer Double-click the Microsoft_Office_LTSC_2021_VL_Serializer (.pkg file) to run the serializer. After the serializer finishes running, you will be asked if the file can be moved to the trash. Click OK. 4. Download Microsoft Office 2021 Download the entire Office suite (it may take a few minutes). 5. Follow the instructions on the Install Office Wizard Double-click the file that was just downloaded to run the Office installer. The file name will be Microsoft_Office_16.54.21101001_BusinessPro_Installer.pkg or similar (Microsoft may make slight changes to the name). After the installation finishes, you will be asked if the file can be moved to the trash. Click OK.
I removed older versions bij following the instructions from microsoft support page. Then installed Microsoft_Office_16.65.22091101_Installer.pkg en then Microsoft_Office_2021_Preview_VL_Serializer.pkg but ik keep getting a login screen when I start Word. What can be wrong?
I too am new to MacOS. Can somebody explain what the serializer does? Does it run permanently or regulary like the VL-tools on Windows or is it a one-time program and Office will keep running indefinitely? Or in other words, is it risky? As far as I see, the safest way would be to stick to 2016 and just use the registration .plist?
I do not know, but I it should at least with rosetta. I ended up using the serializer, still I would like to understand what it does.
X22-74226 doesn't support 10.13 High Sierra; I think X22-61752 might work, does anyone have the link? EDIT Never mind, I found it in the 2019 thread. I only thought to search outside the thread after making this post, I'm sorry. EDIT1 For future reference: X21-88135 is the latest one that appears to support 10.13, not X22-61752. It was half an adventure finding it since links on the forum for it are dead; I got it from a torrent after doing a DHT search and, yes, it worked on 10.13.
