    I am also looking for german version.

    Also, maybe you have an answer: I already installed the english Version on Win 8 (fresh install), then uninstalled it and now I cannot reinstall again, it breaks at the 4th step with error message "there is a problem"...

    I wonder why it worked once and now not anymore...

    Maybe with a new install with the german version it works again...

    Not sure, I think I also tried that; will try again...

    Edit: I now retried with the german version started elevated and with the offline files, also cleaned up an earlier trialversion-install of office 2010, now it worked, but I cannot say what made the difference.... :)

    Hi. I'm in need of the latest english version of SetupConsumerC2ROLW.exe. I have the other files downloaded using Office 2010 Starter Offline Setup Tool so they are the latest. Problem is I only have access to an older version (v14.0.6009.1000) for SetupConsumerC2ROLW.exe but it's not working on Windows 8 despite multiple attempts (inc. Run as admin). Tried searching the web but in vain so appreciate if someone can PM me.
