2. run .reg and reboot
3. change language and location

How suppose to install this when its still chinees ?

 

simple click next seclect the drive and hit install

you have to install the chinese 10151, then double click the reg which is on the desktop and reboot

Yeah had the same after install now back on my old and trusted 10147

 

10154.0.150620-2234.FBL_IMPRESSIVE_CLIENTLANGPACK_EN-US_OEM_X64 this must be integrated, that iso is no go...
