The Simplified Chinese for United States is 美国 , when given options in the install you need find them. One will be just them the other if I remember correctly is at the end. They have to match exactly as there are a couple of others that are 2 symbols that look close. Step 1: Get the Ruskies ISO Step 2: Delete every folder in the ISO that is zh-CN ( this is the step that makes the install in english) (There are 5 of them might be 6, remember Mr Vodka is my co-pilot) step 3 In your ISO got \Sources\Lang.cfg Open it and edit the zh-CN to en-US both lines. ( this was the file that lead me to the minor changes to make install appear in English) step 4. Run Setup in Windows...cannot do a re boot clean install. step 5. during set up select when it gives you the options the Chinese Characters I showed above. step 6 follow the rest of the instuctions...first boot in windows click the reg edit...reboot etc.... You will still need to do these steps with the ISO I have.
Just so the naysayers will shutup before they get going...the builds are done in English and then the localization is added after it is complile...what we have doing is reverting it back to the complile before the localizations. We are not changing the OS itself.

On that one the install itself has been modified just so y'all know. Getting a drop down box, is install files have been re compiled. ONLY REASON I AM POINTING THIS OUT IS SOME PEOPLE ARE LEERY ARE THAT. I am not but that is me.
I am sure we all that worked on it missed a thing or 2 but we did not re write any file, we only deleted and added an Eng lang pack...as it was originally done in English...
