    Language packs are fine as long as they're not modified. Basically a user would need to download everything that's leaked and be guided through setting up an english ISO. That or just post a script to do it all for them.

    Ok I changed the strings of that file, I'm uploading the new LP for DISM

    I do not know if it will work, but let's try :)
