Ok so now the problem is no longer the build, but the package...big snag :/

 

Anytime you mess with language pack the signature on it will break meaning you can't install it

It's not a problem with signature, the cab file isn't compressed right, it needs to be modified with a dedicated cab manager.

I however remember that with build 8250 of Windows 8 i managed to integrate an LP, but i sincerely not remember how, it's been a long time since then

Whymoo is right I believe. Normal language pack was 20 or so megabytes and the Franken was 50 megabytes

It must have proper compression in order to be valid
Now how to get it like that: no idea

 

Most of the people in here are trying convert using 147, integrity checks are blocking you from installing on 151/154 maybe this is MS answer to leaked builds since most of them come from china than converted to english.

I think build 10147 is preventing you from merging english into a newer build, it wouldn't surprise me if you were on build 10151 it would probably install fine.

 

I doubt they would put checks on language packs...

 

when not very different of build 10151 and 10151 like news application etc..its possible that 2 match's
