Yup, everything works in the Netherlands with cable from Ziggo when I released the first few x64 packages.
w w w. engadget. com/2015/10/15/valves-steam-link-review This makes me think of Xbox as an Extender. I wonder if this little gadget will have additional uses for streaming media content.
Yes, sure. Where did you get this? The codecs have the the SKU check like elsewhere, just happens that they are set to 1 on WHS because its home aim. "Of course"... no. "Likely"... Yes. I wrote it a number of times, before having an actual confirmation. Here we say, there are just tho things that happens for sure (one is the daeath, the other the bills for unpaid tax ) Yes, almost everything works because a number of fortunate coincidences, nevertheless its users did wait 5 years before having the WMC working. Please read what I wrote WMP and its surrounding environment the mediaplayer (the part you can disable from optional components) comes in two packages. But the mediaplayer packages are 6 o 7. It's no different than IE: you can remove just the browser or the whole internet explorer packages. Obviously they are not included, they comes with the media pack
Ah ok, like Cleansweep in the win 95days. thanks for the tip Good question. But what if nothing divided the Pacific and the Atlantic ocean when Colombo started his journey? Discover things always implies a risks.
First off thank all of you that were involved in making this happen So today I installed the latest version of WMC and everything works perfect except the guide data. I tried all the fixes included in the work around readme and have spent a few hours reading thru relevant posts and still have no luck. When I manually try and update the guide I can see network activity but within seconds I get the failed download notice. I'm located in the Eastern US and used that IP. Any ideas??
Hi, I am having trouble playing most flv files. I installed Shark007 and also followed the pdf for settings Any suggestions? Thanks
Thanks to all those responsible for bringing back WMC. I had a few issues getting the 64 bit addition installed, on a clean install of 10.0264. Anyone having issues with photos? When I try to create a slideshow, although I can see my photo folder has photos, I get a message stating" There are no valid picture files in this folder" I have worked on this for 2 days and, got no where.
I found this methode, meybe you can try it: To solve that go into the Registry via RegEdit and go into the .JPEG (and .JPG, and .JPG) keys under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and make a new String Value called "PerceivedType" and make it equal to "image" then things will magically work again! Please Restart your PC.
Strange , they work on one machine but not other Also , they play in VLC and Kodi but playing them in WMP is same as WMC
It is more than likely, those FLV files failing to play are not FLV files at all. On the Misc TAB of my GUI, there is a button to [Analyze a media file], which will help you ascertain the correct extension. A quick guess on my part is that these files are actually TS files.
Aha, are you really THE Mr. Shark from British Columbia ? If so: welcome and how nice to join this threat
And just to f****** think, that all Microsoft would have to do is stick exactly this into their worthless MS app store for $10 and they'd make a killing with practically no additional overhead expense. Thank you kind sir I'll give it a try.
Hey Shark, Thanks for replying. And if you are in fact the Shark007 -just want to say amazing tool, I have been using your codec pack for years.! Anyway, I analyzed one of the files and I get: General Complete name : D:\sample.flv Format : Flash Video File size : 639 MiB Video Format : AVC Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec Format profile : Main@L3 Format settings, CABAC : Yes Format settings, ReFrames : 5 frames Codec ID : 7 Bit rate mode : Constant Bit rate : 1 200 Kbps Width : 640 pixels Height : 360 pixels Display aspect ratio : 16:9 Frame rate mode : Variable Frame rate : 29.970 fps Standard : NTSC Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0 Bit depth : 8 bits Scan type : Progressive Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.174 Color range : Limited Btw, the Metafox workaround works fine, so thanks for that suggestion on other thread.
It is I and I have been here in this thread, lurking, since before they were posting solutions! Good to hear that you've been a dedicated user of my software for several years already. At least it IS a true FLV file. Format : Flash Video Without having the actual file for testing, Metafox really is your best solution. It simply extract the contents of whatever you throw at it and places them, untouched, into an MKV container. It works with single files or an entire folder and can be downloaded from my Tools page.
