Apparently Strelec is resuming winpes developments on his Telegram channel. Today he launched a new release based on W8.1. Nothing on his website.
Strelec pe iso are full of un-necessary crap - and barely fit regular usb my honest opinion, don't have plan to use it

no funny sentence to say ? that weird i use compact version, only 600MB iso version remove most of the stuff. what i am doing is this, install ventoy on 8GB usb stick add -> minitool partition wizard technician disk add -> Jayro's Lockpick Disk add -> clonezilla-live-2.6.7-28-amd64 add -> Sergei Strelec x86 x64 disk (custom mini size version) so to sum ... 1.65GB for all apps that I need
That's not a WinPE release. It's just his windows 8.1 images with unchopped-updated and chopped-updated indexes.
