That worked. Pretty stupid that they either blocked it or just forgot that the server core version isn't named Server 2019 Datacenter, it is just Server Datacenter, probably because at some point they thought you were going to be able to upgrade core to SAC then changed their minds.
They are two different product lines. You have Server 2016, 2019 which come in a ful GUI or a core edition. Then you have Server 1607/1703/1709/1803/1809/2004 editions which are just core and have a shorter life span. Kinda like on the client side you have the more frequent updated 1809/1903/1909/2004/20H2/21H1, then you have the LTSB/LTSC versions which are more in line with Server 2016/2019.

Hello , Someone make a test for "Spin Down HDD" with latest preview of 2022 ? It's work with 2012R2, 2016. Not work with 2019. I hope it's now resolved with 2022.
