What is the difference between en-us_windows_server_version_2022_updated_sep_2021_x64_dvd_ae6b4843 and en-us_windows_server_version_2022_updated_sep_2021_x64_dvd_f4ba9ac1? Is there some preferences I should be aware of for installing any one of them?
The volume versions have the ei.cfg for volume channel inside the sources folder and i assume the gVLK pre-inserted, the OEMRET has no ei.cfg and no gVLK pre-inserted. All properly coded (KMS) activation tools should work on both, key activation or slic/oem:slp/certificate should work too.
Has anyone been able to get GPU partitioning working on Server 2022? Powershell Get-VMPartitionableGpu is empty on Server 2022 even though the exact same hardware running Server 2019 or the current Windows 10 build shows the GPUs just fine and works as expected. I have the Hyper-V role and deduplication installed and nothing else on Server 2022 standard edition. I can't find any information in the release notes and blog posts by MS about this.
Does MAS give an HWID with Server 2022 Datacenter? I also have a 2019 key from my old MSDN account, can that be used?
