1. download wget (freeware) from hxxp://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/wget.htm
2. Unzip it to folder, that exist in "%PATH%" environment variable.
3. Run cmd.exe and copy/paste download command into it,

Anybody knows the exact file name?
