    Correct. You should be able to run the installer and upgrade without uninstalling the old one first.

    How is the protection? Does this provide the same protection & protection features as Norton Home products?

    I did custom install & did not install "Mail Protection" & "Application & Control" . Are these required for Home user i.e not installing these affects protection? I dont use mail like Outlook, etc... Only use web email like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc..

    I second the above post.

    I downloaded EN and installed. It downloads new version.

    You will even see difference in setup screen. Such as optional live update and optinal data collection pages are included.

    Unmanaged client dont upgrade automatically.

    So if the installed version is 12.1.3, can it be directly upgraded to the latest 12.1.6 i.e skipping 12.1.4 & 12.1.5 versions?
