[DISCUSSION] Symantec Endpoint Protection

I downloaded the EN Client. And installed & it shows 6860 in about?
So it seems inside is the old version.

Now where can I surely download 6867?
I checked here & nsane forums & it confusing...some say EN, some say En, etc... And I downloaded from your link, it gave old version. I installed 64 Bits.

Client only patches are now out, install over the top to update.

 

And you'd better be careful before installing this thing...

What is standard & reduced databases option during install?

You guys install reduced or standard databases?

 

The reduced-size installation package is for Windows Embedded clients and Virtual desktop infrastructure clients.
Simply use the standard-size installation package for all other Windows installs.

Can reduced databases be used for Windows installs like Win 10 64?

How big is the initial download of standard databases? Are the incremental updates big too?

There were vulnerability reported in Symantec products & guess Symantec issued patches.
The latest version mentioned here contains those patches or where can the patches be downloaded?
