Thanks for your reply. You know what? I did an experiment. The installed version of SEP Client on my device is 14.3.11216.9000 (EN), 64bit. I uninstalled it and there was no prompt from SEP that I must enter a password or client's password.. The uninstallation was successful. After the mandatory reboot I reinstalled SEP Client 14.3.11216.9000 (EN), 64bit.
Hi guys, I was on another forum where information was shared that the latest version, SEP 14.3.0 (RU9) has a bug. It seems that the network disconnects automatically when out-of-band scanning is enabled in Advanced Settings under Intrusion Prevention policy. The version that I have is SEP 14.3.11216.9000 (EN). Does anyone have a newer version than what I have that resolves the bug? In that other forum, someone advised to download the intelligent updater that can also resolve said bug. Can someone here share the URL to download the intelligent updater please? Thanks.
