On 18362.86 all ran as on the 17763.437 host test, no cmd being suspended and normal time used (approx. 40-45min on my old i5-3570 test system).
I went back to my old 17763.401 version and used the same file as you. 25 minutes with no issues. I'm really wondering if my upgrade was corrupt. There are also issues with latest nVidia driver and RTX 2070 but I don't think that's the issue. Will test some more with reinstall of upgrade. Thanks.
Well, after an few hours of reinstalling, it was infact a corrupt update. I tried the same file and got the same results. Thanks for your help guys.

UUP dump website has been updated to use new version of @abbodi1406's UUP converter. I have removed texts about slow additional editions creation process, because it is no longer true. UUP dump downloader will be updated later today, but I will not post any announcement.
WinRE is not serviced multiple times, but this does not change that updates still integrate for long time because of DISM. Additional editions (virtual editions) creation was modified to not use DISM which has significantly reduced time of creation.
I'm sorry if you've been asked this, but what's the difference between these 2? I went on the uupdump.ml download site and saw that the sizes of both images in this case are the same .. are there any differences between these two options? and
@whatever127 asked me to create a simple tutorial for it, it's explained at the top of it: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/discussion-download-uup-dump.75052/page-122#post-1515405
