I see some new options like skipApps. I also get no apps in the build, even when skipApps = 0, tried with 22581 insider build. Any idea why? Thanks for the explanation, And in case i really want an ISO without the apps, i don't have to download the apps package and just put autoStart=0 and skipApps=1 and then manually run convert-UUP.cmd?
Problem is the defender app. In reality it removes the defender app but not the defender engine. I used defender control and for that had to set tamper protection and real time protection to off first, but now without the defender gui have no clue how to do it, to really disable defender.
Grabbed win11 22000.593 from uupdump. Excluded home editions, but added the all the virtual ones for the rest. It built the iso just fine, no errors. It installs fine, except during setup, whenever i try to add a local user account I get an OOBELOCAL error and can't move on from there. Multiple "try agains" still nothing. This is the second time i've encountered this error. I previously also had it when i used win11 2200.2xx (can't remember the exact number), but since it seemed to be early days for win11 i thought it was just something they still needed to fix. (exiting oobe into the Administrator account works as normal.) If i use a MS account, setup continues just fine. Is anybody else experiencing this?
Can the new feature of not integrating the apps, just at least integrate VC libs? they are needed for the settings app. Basically there is some app missing out of the box, for the settings app, as it is not starting on first boot. WU is downloading some components to make it work, and then it starts working. But it's not the case when you disable windows update completely. I solved it by integrating the store of 19044 LTSC into 22581 iso. SO there is some appx there that is needed by the settings app.
Need to add option, control how much uup is installed. I don't need Xbox app only necessary apps Req for normal use ( setting app etc.) ( Site configuration .. )
