need more info how to reproduce that what's your Host OS, downloaded archive name and do you have latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes installed? did you edit .cmd scripts or config.ini? I can't reproduce it, my Host OS is 22621.1344, I've downloaded uupdump-x64 and extracted it to the Downloads folder, then just run uupdump-get-fileinfo+packs.cmd log file is attached, no problems here I'll try it again with error_reporting = E_ALL Code: PHP Deprecated: Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead in D:\Downloads\uupdump-x64\uup\api\get.php on line 51 PHP Deprecated: Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead in D:\Downloads\uupdump-x64\uup\api\get.php on line 51 PHP Deprecated: Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead in D:\Downloads\uupdump-x64\uup\api\get.php on line 51 PHP Deprecated: Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead in D:\Downloads\uupdump-x64\uup\api\get.php on line 51 PHP Deprecated: Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead in D:\Downloads\uupdump-x64\uup\api\get.php on line 364 I can't get your warning Code: $res = "api-get-{$updateId}_{$usePack}_{$edition}_{$requestType}"; Code: $res = "api-get-online-{$updateId}_rev.$rev"; works fine now
that's it, .cmd scripts aren't compatible with Canary channel yet, new UUP dump version will be released soon We need to wait for new builds in both channels to test it properly
Can someone clarify a few things about store apps? In essence, I want to create an ISO for the Windows 11 Pro edition, but with minimal store applications. Looking in the configuration file, there are four levels (AppsLevel) controlling what will be installed. Level 1 is obviously my preference, but I see that the Media Feature Pack is installed only when you select the highest level (4). As I understand it, level 1 outputs something like Windows N (no media-related technologies), right? If so, will I be missing anything if I install it from the store afterwards? I remember I could still encounter missing Media Player features after doing this on a Windows 8.1 system, when trying to play a game for example. The CustomList would be ideal if it didn't require additional steps to do on your own, like adding updates and .net 3.5, then manually creating the ISO. Also, what's the difference in applications between level 0 (all) and level 4?
set SkipApps =0 (do not enable it or there will be no apps at all) set CustomList =1 and edit CustomAppsList.txt AppsLevel 1 is already enabled in that CustomAppsList.txt file, just remove # before any additional app you want to integrate but if you are not going to use CustomAppsList.txt (CustomList option) then you should set AppsLevel
Thanks for replying, I understand all that. But what does "referenced" apps in level 0 mean? And will selecting any level under 4, make a Pro version essentially a Pro N?
Level 0 = integrate all possible apps for selected edition it will integrate everything to Home / Pro / virtual non N editions (even Family app from Home edition will be integrated in Pro) and it will integrate everything to Home N / Pro N / virtual N editions except media apps which are not compatible with N editions well you'll be missing media apps, but it should be possible to install it later from MSFT store I always use AppsLevel 0 because I prefer to remove useless apps after OS install
All right, then I assume that Level 4 on Windows Pro, will not include the below crossed out applications: ### Common Apps / Client editions all Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.StorePurchaseApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.SecHealthUI_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.Windows.Photos_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WindowsCamera_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.Paint_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_cw5n1h2txyewy Microsoft.WindowsAlarms_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WindowsMaps_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.ScreenSketch_8wekyb3d8bbwe microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.People_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.BingNews_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.BingWeather_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WindowsFeedbackHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.GetHelp_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.Getstarted_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.Todos_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.XboxSpeechToTextOverlay_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.XboxGameOverlay_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.PowerAutomateDesktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.549981C3F5F10_8wekyb3d8bbwe MicrosoftCorporationII.QuickAssist_8wekyb3d8bbwe MicrosoftCorporationII.MicrosoftFamily_8wekyb3d8bbwe ### Media Apps / Client non-N editions Microsoft.ZuneMusic_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.ZuneVideo_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.YourPhone_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WindowsSoundRecorder_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.GamingApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.Xbox.TCUI_8wekyb3d8bbwe Clipchamp.Clipchamp_yxz26nhyzhsrt ### Media Codecs / Client non-N editions, Team edition Microsoft.WebMediaExtensions_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.RawImageExtension_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.HEIFImageExtension_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.HEVCVideoExtension_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.VP9VideoExtensions_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.WebpImageExtension_8wekyb3d8bbwe ### Surface Hub Apps / Team edition Microsoft.Whiteboard_8wekyb3d8bbwe microsoft.microsoftskydrive_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.MicrosoftTeamsforSurfaceHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe MicrosoftCorporationII.MailforSurfaceHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.MicrosoftPowerBIForWindows_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.SkypeApp_kzf8qxf38zg5c Microsoft.Office.Excel_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.Office.PowerPoint_8wekyb3d8bbwe Microsoft.Office.Word_8wekyb3d8bbwe

"latest" isn't working for Dev channel you can fetch 23403.1000 and you'll get Windows 11 Insider Preview 23403.1001 (ni_prerelease) correction: "latest" works fine with empty DB but it's not working with my DB seems like there's something from Canary channel blocking new Dev builds
