"latest" isn't working for Dev channel
you can fetch 23403.1000 and you'll get Windows 11 Insider Preview 23403.1001 (ni_prerelease)

correction: "latest" works fine with empty DB but it's not working with my DB
seems like there's something from Canary channel blocking new Dev builds

XML_PARSE_ERROR means something got wrong on MSFT end, just rerun downloader script

just a reminder: uupdump.exe or local server's batch should be up and running
there's a warning about that on download.php page:

 

It always gives such an error message that the UUP download cannot go ahead

Maybe network / connection issues
VPN?

 

It will not work properly if Windows was tweaked to disable any telemetry
Usually it's enough to reset host file
Another security software can block it as well but I'm not aware of that cases

if network port 44400 is already in use, you can edit it in uupdump-run-website.cmd
I would try to localize the issue in VM or on another machine in the same network

another option is to use Apache HTTP server instead of PHP built-in one: go to Stuff folder and download Apache24.7z and extract it to the root of any local drive (D:, E:. F:, just try to avoid C drive) and simply run uupdump-run-apache.cmd

also all the traffic is not secure, you can try to add self signed SSL certificate to the Apache version

so 22623 is the beta channel? 22621 is the official build? thanks. I was trying to download the official moment 2 but couldn't find it.

 

22621 - Retail and RP channel
22622-22624 - Beta channel

if you need old 22623 build then edit ".\uup\config.ini" and set fetch_sync_current_only=true
then run the server (or app) and use "+ New build" feature to fetch exact build number on Beta channel

I got the following error while trying to execute local serveur uupdump-x64

The problem triggered by the fact that the directory name Téléchargements contains an accentuated letter. After moving to the Temp directory, execution is ok.
But the exexution of local serveur uupdump-win32-ia32 in the same Téléchargements is ok when using the uupdump-run-website.cmd script; however executing uupdump.exe fails.
PHP problem?
