Any ideas on why I cant download files? Neither Edge or Chrome allows me to download files from UUP. Message says "cant download file securely" or similar but I can right click and save as.

that's the latest non Insider Preview build on UUP dump 22621.1635 is available only on Release Preview channel there and you can't get any Insider Preview build if your location is Russia / Belarus / anywhere else where Insider Preview program is banned
