Does the V1.60 allow for building an ISO?
I didn't see the app go grap all the packages from Microsoft, just the cab files to run the cumulative update.

 

Its fully functional and you can get any build with it

UUP dump app

 

The "app" (if you must call it that), is a set of scripts that are interconnected by a menu. The point of the "app" is to setup a local server on your PC and then fetch the latest builds that you would ordinarily see on UUPDump.net. Then you can acquire a script to build an iso, much the way you would on UUPDump.net which appears to be defunct for now. The fundamentals of the "app" can be found here:

Well none of the options 1, 2 or 3 work.

1 httpd.exe error
2 web browser says 127.0.0.1 refused to connect
3 give error
'"E:\Win11_Setup\uupdump-x64-v1.6.1-r2\uupdump-x64\php\php.exe"' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

meh where the app? none of the bits in the folder is an is an app.

anywhere else easy download an ISO of this 23H2?

no idea what's wrong with your system, try it on another machine if you can or you can run it on Android

23H2 ISO were posted a long time ago in appropriate thread

 

I don't have another machine or Android.
If you got a link to an actual ISO then that'd be the only way get another machine ;-)

Did you extract the archive completely, preserving paths?

 

Extracted in to same place as downloaded:
E:\Win11_Setup\uupdump-x64-v1.6.1-r2\uupdump-x64\

 

I would try a shorter path.

 

Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml detected in uupdump-x64-v1.6.1-r2.7z by Windows Defender...

compressed files often get detected as false positive
that is why I always suggest using password-protected archives including the file name
better for distribution and to calm down people
if you see people doing this, that is the main reason
