Interesting thing I never noticed until using @mkuba50 new app (just an observation) Windows 10 Insider Preview 16299.0 (rs3_release) amd64 is listed twice (2x). The only thing that changes is the Update ID. d7d4af77-1f5d-4c96-b9e5-12c2b07903da 5ce4b59a-a159-465d-bd3d-29f18887d990 The 32-bit edition (Windows 10 Insider Preview 16299.0 (rs3_release) x86) only has 1 update ID 39f35c3e-5ae8-41cf-9e72-4abf36c1f78c I am curious why there is 2 Update ID's for the 64-bit and what is the significance?
Nice job !!! VERY EASY TO USE: Download package above. Unpack and run 'update.cmd' first and wait for the download to finish. Close CMD. Start 'run.cmd' and note the given IP:Port and enter into your favourite browser. DO NOT CLOSE THE CMD WITH THE LISTENING SERVER!!! LET IT RUN IN BACKGROUND, IT WILL SHOW THE ACTUAL DOWLOAD. Enjoy the show ! Spoiler: PICS
I like programs such as yours which do not require opening other programs. Although the html based program is nice, and it works very well, it would be much better if I did not need to copy, and paste the web address into my browser. If my default browser opened automatically that would be nice, but still my favorite program so far is the poopdown.beta. It has a very nice gui, is easy to understand, and to use. Also, it works very well.
#1. If that's the only problem, then this minor cosmetic issue can be easily solved, i would frankly say. #2. Project is not abandoned and atm checked for reducing redundancies and some CMD that can be done natively. #3. Will note you and some others if enough progress is reached to release a new BETA version.
I think, that I have found a use to the UUP dump MiniServer that was not intended, but works nicely. 1. Modify run.cmd script to listen on 0.0.0.0 instead 127.0.0.1. 2. Run. 3. Get device with wifi support and open YOUR_PC_IP:44400 on it. 4. Download Windows builds to your PC without sitting by your PC.
