Not sure but seems @mkuba50 added it since the fetch still shows *.125 and the CU/SSU are still the last months ones .
Fetch Retail or RP ring with build 16299.15 and you will get the 16299.192. I have accidentally found while messing with WU, that it needs additional DeviceAttribute to properly return CU of 16299.192, that's why I have released API update.
Just downloaded 16299.192 UUP Files using uupdl-master-12.09 with 1.8.2 API update, then using uup-converter-wimlib-14 I got this 16299.15.170928-1534.RS3_RELEASE_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO So do I have 16299.15 ISO or 16299.192 Mis-Named ISO ?

MSFT was back to AIO at the release of 1709 aka 16299.15 Now MSFT is at one ISO with only Home & Pro (+both N versions) + license switch to all other sku's.
Has anyone used UUP Dump from behind a company proxy? I'm able to manually download other things but I'm unable to use the aria2c.exe to download the esd files. It keeps saying timeout expired. I've set the winhttp proxy to the one set in my IE browser but that didn't help either. If someone here has been successful in downloading under similar circumstances then, please let me know.
An update: I was able to figure out the proxy part but now I have another problem. While downloading the files using aria, some of them error out with the error message "errorCode=22 The response status is not successful. status=403". Any ideas how I can download the files without getting this error? Has MS changed something at the backend again?
Even when not behind a proxy the lifetime of the files can be very short. The slower your connection the more likely some links will expire. Even happens with my 50 Mbit connection. Start the same download again, it will only download the missing parts. Might need several re-tries in your case .
I have a 40 Mbit connection but that's not the issue. I tried downloading the files multiple times but the way I was doing it was without the miniserver. When I did it with the miniserver, it worked like a charm. Even with regenerated links, the download failed with those errors without miniserver. Got the latest download though so, I'm a happy camper!
